• The small data size of color point clouds allowed sharing of initial results from the field to the office for QA/QC before the documentation crew left the site.
• Handheld-captured 3D point clouds were readily integrated with design files from ShipConstructor and Navisworks.
• Geo-referenced images captured while scanning supplemented 3D scan data to provide high levels of detail.
